They provided two examples.
The capital H pattern was as follows:

Line 1: for sign, space 4 times, for sign.
Line 2: repeat line 1.
Line 3, for sign 6 times.
Line 4: repeat line 1.
Line 5: repeat line 1.

The Lower case h pattern was as follows:
Line 1: l
Line 2: repeat line 1.
Line 3: repeat line 1.
Line 4: write s c c wh sign.
Line 5:write l space twice write dots 456.
Line 6: repeat line 5.
