I've never planted garlic, only onions.  

My carrots never came up, so I planted hot peppers in their space.  I also
planted bell peppers and banana peppers.

I planted 4 kinds of tomatoes this year.  No romas this time am trying some
new ones.

I have some things in the ground, some raised beds and lots of pots.

I planted squash, okra, bell peppers, sweet banana peppers, Roma tomatoes, &
cucumbers. I also planted radishes & carrots, but they haven't produced
anything yet.

I hope to plant some garlic this fall. Do you have any experience with
garlic?
