Yesterday I was online and reading about the history of loom knitting.  Any
way I found a website that I wanted to share.

It had a good section on the history of loom knitting.  Another area that
discussed different types of looms.  There were also patterns and just lots
of good information.

Class description: In this class, you will learn to knit a dishcloth on a
large gauge loom using two new stitches, the true knit stitch and the purl
stitch.

 

Skill level: Know how to cast on using the e-wrap cast on. If you do not
know how to complete this cast on, please contact instructor before class to
schedule a time to learn this method.

 

 

Supplies Needed: 

.         Loom with at least 24 pegs

.         Loom tool

.         Cotton yarn

.         Tapestry needle

.        Scissors
