Honestly, the easiest way to make this work is for the person using Skype to
use Skype Out.  If she purchase Skype out for North America I believe that
covers Canada through Mexico.  It is something like $36 for the entire year
and she will have unlimited calling to US, Canada, and Mexico phone numbers
through her Skype account.  So she can use Skype to call into our conference
call lines as well as any other phone numbers in the states.

I have received a request from a member in Mexico who would and has
registered for the Basic Crochet class in January. She would like to do this
by Skye. I know Nothing about how this is done or what I need to do to test
this to see if it will work. Does anyone on line know anything about this
telephone way and what I can tell her. I did, a long time ago have an
account there but never used it. Any info or help would be great to see if I
can get her in class. Thanks.
