[Nfb-krafters-korner] Knitting & beadwork help

I have a loom knit pattern that calls for beadwork. I know beads can be
added in three ways:

1. Stranding the  beads onto the yarn
2. Use a crochet hook to add beads
3. Use Super Floss to attach beads

I have heard that method #3 is the better way to do this. Is there anyone
who has used the Super Floss method that would be willing to help?

I've heard it explained & listened to a video, but just can't wrap my mind
around the technique. HELP!!!!
