I will try to stay off line at least for the weekend.  I am taking Terry K.
advise and hope my oldest doesn't forget to stop and pick up the vitamin E
caps.

I have the shingles.  The rash came out today, but the back pain was
unbarible Wednesday.  Doc prescribed mild pain nedication and antibiotic.

I can't sit long and just don't know where to put myself to get relief.

I heard from Jill and she was really surprised with the help I sent her for
work.
