[Nfb-krafters-korner] a class I'd like to see on KK: knitting a vest

Cathy, if you know the six basic stitches and use the tape measurer, you can
design basic garments.  If we don't have time to talk about that in this
basic stitches class, we can schedule another class. 
Of course there are lots of patterns for vests, but you really don't need a
pattern for the first one.  I use pattterns when I want to make something
complicated, and I may altar patterns even then.  . 
I figure that patterns enable me to take advantage of somebody else's
imagination and creativity when I want to.

I have learned to needle knit from Annette and Dixie and would like to
branch out into a simple clothing project such as a vest.
