[Nfb-krafters-korner] blowing my top

I did not realize that something printed even at 14 pt could be sent Free
Matter for the blind.  I thought it had to be in Braille or audio type of
things.

That is pretty dishonest to say the least.  I would ask her for the money.
I would expect that behavior could be prosecuted if the post office wanted
to.  So, go ahead and blow your top.

Ladies and gentlemen, I am about to give you great advice and I need you to
listen. A very smart lady, has her own consulting business just sent me a
package she stamped "Free Matter for the Blind." This cost me $9.05. Why,
you may ask? There was nothing in the package large print or in Braille. I
am not happy anyone would abuse our Postal system like this, let alone a
fellow blind person.

So never abuse your friends like this let alone a customer.
