Hi Susie, there is also the Braille Library Transcribing Services that have 
braille books on knitting, crocheting and loom knitting that you can borrow, 
or buy.
I think that the contact info for this service is listed on the resources 
section of the home page of this site.

Bookshare, BARD, and Kindle Unlimited. So far for the freebies. Both
Horizons for the Blind and the Blind Mice Megamall have knitting books in
Braille. Also, Lion Brand has patterns in Brailler format.
