I am making piles, and then will go to the basement to find appropriate
boxes. I was hoping that thos braille magazine boxes would be good, but
most books are to big one way or another.

Thanks for these, love these types of things to get me thinking. Have to add
to banana one. Peel your bananas from the bottom, not the stem end! They are
much easier to peel, if your watch monkeys, that is the only way they peel
them.

When I make my turn, I would say I am crocheting from left to right. I
think it depends on how you hold your work. I want the holes I am putting
my hook into, closest to me, so I would say I am going left to right or
maybe away from me.
Right to left, in my mind, my loops would be away from me.

never taught a blind person before and she never mentioned to me that I was
crocheting in the wrong direction. So for a long time I was doing the
reverse crochet and not even knowing it. it was not until I was teaching a
class and told my students to crochet from left to right, that someone with
some crochet knowledge told me that this was incorrect. <groan> the next
question was however did I do that anyway, it must be difficult?
So now I crochet in the correct direction and wonder if I can even crochet
backward nowadays.

Got my two thumb drives today from Amazon. They are So cool. I got a small
gun, the barrel comes off where the plug in is. It is metal and is a mini
gun, so cool. Also got a mini Coke can that comes apart to reveal thumb
drive, and snaps together and holds. I have a new collectible that I am now
going to start, as I am a miniaturist anyway. Now these are minis that are
useful. These are so cute.

I am having difficulty picturing what you are describing.
However, when I crochet I have my current row facing me with the beginning
of the row and my crochet hook to the right with the work laying to the left
of the hook.?

class and told my students to crochet from left to right, that someone with
some crochet knowledge told me that this was incorrect. the next
question was however did I do that anyway, it must be difficult?
So now I crochet in the correct direction and wonder if I can even crochet
backward nowadays.

I just ordered up some of these cool thumb drives. I don't know when I will

Got my two thumb drives today from Amazon. They are So cool. I got a small
gun, the barrel comes off where the plug in is. It is metal and is a mini
gun, so cool. Also got a mini Coke can that comes apart to reveal thumb
drive, and snaps together and holds. I have a new collectible that I am now
going to start, as I am a miniaturist anyway. Now these are minis that are
useful. These are so cute.

I just ordered up some of these cool thumb drives. I don't know when I will
get them in as they are coming from China.
I got cute ones. I will let everyone know when I get them. They basically
are telling me they will be here between Oct. 5 & Nov. 2.
I have a couple of Halloween ones, so I hope they get here before Halloween.
What size do you think would be good? I got 8 GIG & 16 GIG coming.

Got my two thumb drives today from Amazon. They are So cool. I got a small
gun, the barrel comes off where the plug in is. It is metal and is a mini
gun, so cool. Also got a mini Coke can that comes apart to reveal thumb
drive, and snaps together and holds. I have a new collectible that I am now
going to start, as I am a miniaturist anyway. Now these are minis that are
useful. These are so cute.

braille books on knitting, crocheting and loom knitting that you can borrow,
or buy.

Hi Terry,
If you are holding the hook in your right hand you are crocheting from right
to left. Unless you learned to crochet from Cathy F a long time ago, grin,
little joke..
For right handed crocheters the reverse stitch is worked from left to
the right. For left handed crocheters the reverse crochet stitches are
worked from right to the left. It is all a bit mind boggling!
I have read the info on reversible crochet stitch I keep hoping there is a
different way, cause I can not imagine making this stitch work! Just me
stuck in a rut. I know I?ll give it a try this winter sometime. It
apparently makes a nice finish.

Got mine Saturday. The sock yarn is the brand I normally use (except the
bamboo ones) and I can't wait to try out the ones that are cotton and
bamboo.
