Naima, how old are you?

I don't want to sound unkind, but if you are an adult your Mother shouldn't
be telling you whether or not you can take a class.

If you have difficulty paying the $20 there are funds to assist people with
it.  Also you can take the first class without paying to see if you like it.

The call in number for class is long distance, so that could be a problem
for some.

What do you need and how can we help you?

Are you sure people will want to hear about that? I will try. I have never
been on a Monday night chat, so I don't know what goes on or how long it is.

I'm not that good of a speaker, I get very nervous. So what do I do about
that too?

I still want to take my first class but convincing my mom is a different
thing. I tried to go over to the craft section yesterday in Wall Mart but my
mom is getting hit hard by the pollen and her allergies. So she said another
time.

I want to be as good as all of you with your crafts. It drives me crazy that
I can't join in all the fun!

She still can't understand that blind people can do crafts over the phone or
through email. She can't understand how a blind person can safely use a
sewing machine too.

I know how to make a homemade sinted ornament, but I don't know if it is
good enough for this group. It's very easy for me but I don't know if it
will fit in.
