Henry,
As you know, I am still working on this and agree with you. We have to work
this out soon. I am trying to change this for my classes but it is a slow
process. Need to put something in writing to make the change clear.

Hi Terry K, thank you for saying what you did about the class sign up
sheets.
Many of the members and I don't like these sign up sheets at all, and wish
that we could sign up directly with the instructor for their classes.
I do understand that Joyce and Dave want to know how many students are in
the classes, and maybe there is a way to figure this information out without
a sign up sheet being involved.
Could the board please consider doing away with the sign up sheets and
explore other options?

The Applie Cinnamon classes was completed and all information was sent out.
If you signed up for this class and did not get information please send me a
message as to why you were missed. It was an unusual class and a good deal
of discussion from the students, which really improved the class. I do not
know why sign ups are not making it and I am asking if you sign up for any
of my classes you send me a short note so I do not miss you. I only rely on
sign up list I am provided with and we have been having some difficulties
with these lists from time to time.



Two: I have another email class that is to start on Monday, August 7 it is
the Santa Dish cloth class. I have the sign up list from Joyce but I do not
have anything farther. I will hope I can send out the welcome and check in
Monday but not sure where we are on the time line of this. If you signed up
for this class, watch for the list to start. I will not be able to do any
more until we start with the check in. I have done 6 of these classes by
email and not one has gone smoothly for these reasons, I will be going back
to telephone classes where there is more control to what I am doing and I
know my students are there or not. Doing double work after missing people
for whatever reason is too much. Hope you all understand this. Await Santa
list coming soon.
