I agree.

I think that the spam guard is blocking it in many cases.

One of the triggers for a spam guard is if a message isn't addressed to a
recipient directly.

When the website sends out the message your address may not be in the to
field, but the cc field and then your spam blocker will catch it and throw
it in the junk folder.

Terry,  you may be right ... and again maybe not.  It is possible the site
didn't send out the e-mails, and it is also possible that you didn't get
them for one reason or another.  At this point, we can't assume one or the
other.  Why would the software send out some e-mails, and not others?  This
is unlikely.
