Merry Christmas!

Well, I had major plans for a handmade Christmas but it has been a failure.

I had plans to knit slipper socks for everyone in Jason & my families, dishcloths  & hand towels for the ladies in his dulcimer club lotion bars for some friends,  & dog bone wreaths for the doggies of the family.

I did get Jason & me slipper socks made which will be frogged soon & a peppermint wreath made for the office door of the church.

So, I guess you can say I have gotten a head start on next year's gifts. Lol

Merry Christmas, Nella and all!  No crafting presents from me this year unless you count bread.  I have made lots of raisin bread and raisin walnut bread.  I have given lots of sweaters and lots of teddy bears in the past, and it is a lot of fun to watch them being opened.  The bread smells better than most crafts, and that's all I've had time for. My daughter and her family arriving today because weather delayed them.  Next week and the first
week next year, traveling.

I hope you are checking your list and checking it twice because Christmas is almost here.  I know some of you have been naughty and some have been nice, but regardless we have the gift of KK.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm frantically trying to finish up a couple of handmade gifts before Monday.

What type of hand crafted items are the rest of you giving this year?

What kind of things have you given in the past?

Tell us about some of your successes or some of your failures.

I know this is going to be fun to read and maybe I will get some ideas for next year.
