[Nfb-krafters-korner] Wednesday's question

I love all kinds of textures for yarns and fabrics.

I really like soft yarn. I also like those that are not the same thickness
along the thread.

I like how using different stitches in knitting and crochet make the
finished item feel.

I wonder if you can use different types of yarn in the same project?

I love feeling of all the kinds of fabric in the store. I like smooth
textures like satins and ones where you can feel a design. One of my
favorite things to do is to go into a fabric store and just touch
everything. It is very disappointing when I find a nice texture only to
find out the color is unattractive.

Hi Nella and Joyce and all, I like a soft texture for yarns, and any type of
a tactual texture for a knitted or crocheted project like bumpy or with ribs
and valleys etc.

Subject: [Nfb-krafters-korner] Wednesday's question

Hello All:

Joyce has asked me to post a question or topic for discussion each
Wednesday. If any of you have questions or topics please send them to me or
Joyce.

I can be contacted at jellybeanfarm at gmail.com

Joyce can be contacted at blindhands at aol.com

Also if any of you have thoughts on a catchy name for this project please
let me know. Right now I will call it Wednesday's question.

So here goes our first question.

Since most of you are unable to see color or see it well do you rely more on
textures?

If so what kind of textures are you drawn to?

This can apply to yarns, fabrics, beads and anything else you use in your
craft.

Also do you craft with the end texture or textures in mind?

I'm looking forward to reading all the responses.

Nella
