Hi Courtney,

Thank you so much for this link.  I went to it and can't wait to start walking again with her in the morning.  My friend had her DVD and I used to use it, but my friend isn't nearby anymore.  I usually just walk in place to music or the TV, but this will be great.  Thank you so much.
