Hi, Deb B.

The Introduction to Loom Knitting will be a lot of information to let the
student know about looms, where to find looms, patterns, etc. After that,
there will be beginner classes. We encourage folks to start with this class
before taking a beginner class. Please note that it is encouraged, not
required.

Now, here is how I teach beginners one of the loom knit stitches called the
e-wrap stitch:

"Place slip knot on peg 1. With working yarn go behind peg 2, between pegs
2 & 3, in front of peg 2, between pegs 1 & 2, & behind peg 2."

It's been a while since I've taken a beginner class from Cathy, Terry P., &
Henry so I can't speak on their teaching style for beginners. Keep in mind
that the four of us are all blind & we all try to teach in a manner that we
would want to be taught.

I hope the description of my teaching style helps you & others who might be
a little apprehensive about learning to loom knit.
