Hi all,

I just finished taking the survey and thought I'd explain it to those of you
who might find this helpful.

Here is a heads up on the survey.
There are two board positions open and two people running. So this is what
things look like on the survey.

you first choose the first board position by checking one of the names
either Terry P or Terry K. then there is an edit box where you must type in
their name. you then see the second board position and again you must check
the name you want, and fill the name into the edit box. Finally, you are
asked if you are a member of the division or not. you use the combo box to
highlight yes or no. then enter on the done button.
