The problem isn't completely fixed, but we are making progress.  Your 
Internet Service Provider is difficult to work with, if they get too 
many messages in an hour, they stop delivering them, but they won't 
tell you what that number is!

They say they want to deliver all their customer's mail, but they put 
restrictions on it, and won't tell you the parameters of those 
restrictions, and reserve the right to change them at any time.
