[Nfb-krafters-korner] My Opinion, Oh Well

Well, our Australian folks are something like a twelve or so hour
difference. Would you be able to be at an 8 am class if you worked or had
kids to get off to school? Lindy, in South Africa has actually made the
effort to attend a few Monday Night Chats and I think her time is a few
hours off of that difference so it is the wee hours of the morning. She is a
great teacher and offers classes by email so that we can all participate in
her classes.

Henry,
Well stated. I do not know what exactly the problem with out of country
members. I am not certain it is time difference or other things. Sorry at
the present time, I am way to busy to take on this problem, and do not know
where to every begin.

I agree with the 2 Terrys and Mariann.
I feel badly that the people from the U K are being shut out of the classes.

I'd like to see something done so that they can participate as wel, I like
both phone and E Mail classes too.

I do not think the classes will go, all e-mail.  Live classes are good for
short and or simple projects while e-mail classes are good for complex
items.  Some like e-mail, especially if they live outside of the US.  Some
like to be able to hear the voices of others and ask questions of others. 
Some like both, like me!

Thank you for your response. This is an issue that we have tossed about for
many years. It is something I would like the Board to make a firm, straight
decision on and make it easy for each of us to know. Should we record or not

and how to handle it. That really is for the Board.

Terry, I agree with you. I wish there was a way the classes could be
recorded and made available so people who could not attend the class itself
could still sign up. I know there are some evenings that I am busy and we
have people in different parts of the world that make it difficult for them
to participate in the phone classes.
