[Nfb-krafters-korner] announcing the sale of braille greeting cards with tactile pictures

The NFB Krafters Division is pleased to announce that we are selling braille
greeting cards with tactile pictures. We have six card occasions and ten
tactile pictures from which to choose. 

Each card is hand-made on heavy card stock using a braillewriter. The card
consists of an outer card containing a tactile picture and an inner card
with the greeting in uncontracted braille on the right and a blank page on
the left to enable the purchaser to add his or her own personal greeting 

The greetings include all-occasion, which is a quote by Helen Keller, best
wishes, a happy birthday, a get-well, and a holiday, for Christmas or
Hanukkah, and Valentine's Day. Sympathy cards are not yet ready for sale,
but should be available soon. 

 

Cards come in a quarter-sized card for $3 and a half-sized card for $5. They
will be sent free-matter but for an extra charge can be sent USPS priority
mail.

 

The pictures include 1. a cuddly teddy bear with three hearts above his head
on either red or pink card stock. $5 each.

2. A cat with a collar and long tail on either pink or blue card stock. $5
each.

3. a pretty flower in a pot on either salmon or yellow card stock. $5 each.

4. a small heart on either red or pink card stock.$3 each.

5. a small bell on red card stock. $3 each.

6. An evergreen tree on green card stock. $5 each. 

7. a sailboat with its sails blowing in the wind and water splashing up its
side on either yellow or blue card stock. $5 each.

8. A classic smiley face on either orange or yellow card stock. $3 each.

9. a small cuddly teddy bear on either salmon or cream card stock. $3 each.

10. a side view of a boxy truck on either gray or green card stock.
