I believe that question should go to Terry P.  Wristers are made out of yarn
and you wear them on your wrists.  They help keep your hands warm.

And the wrist band on a sweat shirt and if you cut the band and just wore
the band under your close on your wrist.  They are known to keep your hands
warmer.
