I just watched a video and I think I understand it.  I will try to talk you 
through it.

You need 3 pegs to work an eyelet stitch.

In the beginning or when starting out.
Step 1:  e-wrap the first peg.
Step 2:  Knit off Peg 1.
Step 3:  Take the loop on peg 2 off of peg 2 and put it over on to the next 
peg to the right or to peg #3.

(Now you will have peg # 2 which has nothing on it and peg #3 which has two 
loops on it)

Step 4:  Lay your working yarn in front of peg #2.
Step 5:  E-wrap Peg #3.
Step 6:  Knit off Peg #3.  You will need to bring the bottom two loops up 
and over the top loop.

Eyelet is complete.

If you are completing another eyelet you would start at Step #3 and 
continuing the steps.
