Thank you for this suggest. I do agree with you about this, however, as you
know, things do not run smoothly and things happen and not fulfilled when
this happens. I agree, in mailing this would cost less but I need to know
these things were mailed to the winners. Not for any reason, some things
just seem to be forgotten. If it is done right at that time it can be sent
out the next day. I will offer this to people with their donations to send
them to me or if they will mail it out themselves but some people do not
have the availability to get to the Post office and I will be ready to just
place a label on the item and send it. Less work for me but less trouble for
others. Anyway it will work out I am willing to do it.

I think it might save a lot of money if we just sent our craft to the winner
if we wanted instead of to you.

Need your help! We want to make this Christmas celebration for the Tenth
year a real blow out with lots of giveaways. Please remember to request from
me your free gift from the Board by email, I think you will real like this
year's gift surprise. I want to ask everyone that can to help. Do you make a
little craft or crafts that you might be keeping or can make for this party.
Possible one or two little things that we can give as door prizes at the
party? Do you make candles, soap, dish towels or anything like this. I would
like you all to think about this. Will you make these little things
available to give as door prizes the day of the party. I am requesting
little things because of postage. You have to ship them to me and I have to
ship them to the winners. You will receive the acknowledgement that you
provided the item and what it was the day of the party. Please thing about
your special gifts and let us share them with others. I am making a few
things and I have someone else that offered today so we are on the way. Will
you make something or have something you would like to share, please contact
me at my address below my name so I can make a note of what you will send
and bring a blessing at this Christmas season.
