Good for you, see? It wasn't all that scary now was it.
Do go back when ever you can, think of all that you can learn from and teach 
those other ladies.
Terry P and I have our church knitting group meeting tomorrow night, and I 
can't wait to show the ladies the first circular knitted hat that I made ( 
with a little help and a lot of encouragement from Terry )
I might even bring the second hat that I'm working on and will probably be 
doing the decrease rows on 2 sets of circs.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I finally got brave enough to go to
our local knitting group.



You all were right and they are very nice and welcoming.



They kept asking me to come back.  They meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the
month.  I promised to come back.



The group is small, there were only 5 women counting myself.  I think there
are 2 or 3 more that weren't there.  There were 3 ladies in their 70s and
another woman who is 49, so I will be the youngest person.  The 49 year old
said she is tired of being the baby. Lol



One woman brought her newly completed shawl to show off and it was very nice
and made of very soft wool fiber.  Another woman was working on a shrug and
another was making socks.



2 of the women were familiar with loom knitting and the other 2 had never
seen one before.  I'm making a hand bag and they all asked me to complete it
and bring it back so they can see it.
