Braeburn Apple is my favorite.  It is tart and crisp.

Funny thing Nella, I do not like cooked apples or anything made with cooked apples.  If someone says apple crisp, I say yummm...crisp!

I do like caramel apples or apple slices dipped in caramel or peanut butter.
