The premade ones in the dairy that you unfold to put in your pie pan are
pretty good also. A friend of mine gave me a recipe that has cream cheese
and flour. I used it for a quiche, but not yet for a fruit pie.

Thanks,

The best no fail pie curst for me is a purchased frozen one. Why brother
with rolling out a crust when it is not necessary. I use one stick butter,
1/2 cup self rising flour and 1/2 sugar when I make a cobbler.
Directions: Melt butter in desired pan. Blend 1/2 cup each milk, sugar and
flour together. Pour over melted butter. Cover with sliced apples, about
three cups. Bake at 350 dg. For 45 to 50 minutes. Crust will rise to the
top while baking. The apples will cook more quickly if they are sliced
thin.

Does anybody have an easy no fail pie crust recipe?

My pet peeve with people that make apple pies is that many people use the
wrong apples. I strongly believe that when an apple pie comes out of the
oven, the apples are supposed to be soft, not crunchy. So many bakeries and
restaurants and individuals don't use cooking apples. What a shame, because
with the right apples it is the best dessert ever, YUM YUM!
