Rebecca,
In dipping all kinds of candy there are a few tips I might share. You must
first find the method you like and are comfortable with. There are many and
I will list a few below. Once complete just reach over and grab one or place
in a liner like a cupcake paper to make it easy and fast to give out.
Dipping candy.
1.If large, place the tins of forks on each side and lower to the bottom of
you melted candy to coat. An extra help is use a spoon and spoon over top.
Bottom is not as important to cover.
2.If it is fairly hard, use your finger, with or without gloves and
completely roll in your melt.
3.Use a toothpick and place in your candy and dip the candy entirely to
cover top insert of toothpick to coat. Leave in as a pick up for your candy.
4.Any tool like tongs, spoons wooden sticks are things that you can tell you
are covered. Remember you can always use that spoon to coat, extra most of
the time dripps off.

Hi All,

When dipping the eggs in chocolate. What techniques or
tips do individuals use in knowing the egg is totally covered and in
locating the egg when removing it from the chocolate.

Thanks!

Rebecca Strite
