My Mom was the best mom. She sent me a box of homemade clothes for my daughter each season. It was fantastic. She found the cutest buttons. I think she thought it would help me tell the garments apart, so the blue dress had teddybears, and the pink dress had rabbits, etc. Each sweater, dress, and anything with buttons had cute buttons. What a Mom she was. I still have a bin of the clothes she made, but it doesn't look like Heather is going to give me a granddaughter to ware them. She did smocking, knitting, crocheting, applacays, pleats, and even a quilted overalls.
150 days to retirement.

You lucky girl. I'm always on the hunt for different buttons, especially fancy ones. I put buttons on pocket book slippers I make. I also make little tea totes that hold bags of tea and use a button to close them. I put them on mittens sometimes for a fancy look.  I have also made little purses that I use button to close them with or even just for looks. You could also make dolls or toys and use them for eyes.

Yep, I have a wonderful assortment of buttons which were jokingly given to me by a friend.  Now I’m stuck with all these buttons.  HELP!  What can I do with all of them?  I need ideas.  Anybody need any buttons?  Lol!
