[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Invisible cast-on

Hi Ramona.
I usually use the invisible cast-on for sleeveless things like vests or
tank tops.  I have sometimes picked up stitches to make a sleeve, but it
can be a bit tricky getting the shaping right so it doesn't bag out or
inhibit free movement.
If I'm going to do something with sleeves, I usually use a pattern
template from "Knitting From the Top" for a top-down raglan, which cuilds
out from the back of the neck.
