[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Want to know Wednesday

There are 2 ways I can think of.
Use washable labels for the ID mate and label the scarves.

Put each one in a baggy and put a braille label inside or on the outside of the bag. Place all bags in a box.
Depending on your space, hang each one on a hanger, with its own labeling tag. They do make kids hangers!

As they say, put on your thinking cap and you will find a solution!

Happy Holidays.

Terry

Dixie,

I have all of her scarves on a tie hanger from Walmart. It has four or five rides that unhook at one end and I slide her bandannas and scarves on there. Some of them I can tell by the texture of what they are, but others I either use TapTapSee or Be My Eyes to find it. If my husband is around, he will find it also.

A little bandana around the neck or a bell on the collar didn't seem to bother the animal, but, putting on a hat, or anything they had to balance on their heads seemed to me to be unwelcomed by the dogs around me.

She has scarves that have flamingos, Paisley, Broncos, marvel comics, poinsettias, Cardinals, bugs bunny, wonder woman, Mickey Mouse, etc. You get the point. She matches what I wear and she looks adorable!

I crocheted a super cute little sweater for him, as he gets very cold up here in the mountains of Colorado, but when I put it on him, he acted like he was paralyzed. He couldn’t move and he just wouldn’t move with that sweater on him.
