That is exactly what they are. There are different shapes of the trays with pegs on them, you put the beads on the pegs and Melt them with an iron with a sheet of wax paper over them. I haven’t gotten to that step yet though. I have a of the thousands of them. I just ordered a few bead organizers to sort them in. I don’t like that the beads all I am mixed up, my daughter said she would help me sort them out though.
