When I didn't have a local yarn store, I bought yarn from knitpicks.com.
They have nice yarns at reasonable prices.  The usually describe the yarn
colors well, and, when I didn't understand a color, I could call them and
ask and they'd do their best to describe it.
They sell my favorite brand of sock yarn, Felici.  It's soft but sturdy,
self-striping, and colorful.  And the self-striping patterns have fun names,
like Fizz, which is the colors of kids' sodas, or Maple Leaves, which is
copper, orange and red, with a little brown to keep it from being too wild.

Hello to all of you crafters out there.  I'm still trying to get used to
writing 2018.  

 

I hope all of you are having a wonderful day.  It is very windy here in
northwest Arkansas, but the temps are warm.

 

Today's question comes from Cathy and she wants to know the name of your
favorite place to purchase craft items and why you like this store.

 

I sure hope this discussion isn't going to cost me more money. Lol
