[Nfb-krafters-korner] Tunisian crochet and an OT plug

Hi All,

You cannot go wrong with Becky as your teacher.  She taught me to do
Tunisian a very long time ago, as well as Cro Hooking which is a cousin to
Tunisian.  While I am not crazy about Tunisian, I love Cro Hooking.  A while
back I did teach a Cro Hooking class.  As much as I enjoy teaching, time is
very limited right now for me, but maybe by the time you all get Tunisian
under control, you will want to learn Cro Hooking and I will have time to
teach a class.  Of course, if you are nice to Becky, you might get her to
teach the Cro Hooking class.  I will post a separate message with a
description of Cro hooking.

If you decide you really like Tunisian and/or Cro Hooking, you might want to
look into the interchangeable crochet hook sets.  Knit Picks sometimes has
them.  They allow you to attach a cable on to the crochet hook allowing you
to work with more stitches than you could hold on the actual Tunisian
needle/hook.

Hi Tanya and Henry! I ordered some tunisian hooks too and the ones I got are
metal and very heavy. I thinki f I actually get into tunisian crochet I
might get some bamboo hooks. I love my Chau Goo bamboo regular hooks. I
think this would be an excellent class!
