As mentioned in the email the first class on Amish Peanut Butter Eggs has not been posted as of yet. I did check and it is waiting to go to list. Please hold on and if you have questions after posting let me know. A short description in advance this is a Very Simple introduction class on making a easy Amish Peanut butter egg for the baskets. If you know anything about the Amish they do not use electric and everything is mixed by hand and easily controlled. Of course we are not going to use a wood stove to melt our coating of chocolate but a microwave. But this is a simple project that will taste much better than store purchased eggs. Keep looking for information on this March 27 email class and see the various kinds of eggs you can make.
