Hi Sharon, I like your idea, some of us don't have time to put every task 
down on a daily basis.
Keeping our own records and then putting it all down at the end of the month 
would be much better in my opinion.

I’m wondering, would it be okay to put our signup and point reports in the 
subject line, and leave nothing except the signature in the message body?  I 
think that would be easier and faster for everyone.

What do you all think?
