I'm with you Nella, I like those "Nasty" candy hearts too. I'll bet that I 
still have a box or 2 left over from 1963 around here somewheres, lol. just 
kidding Terry grin.
I still remember those fun Valentines day parties at school too.

Hey, I like those nasty candy hearts.

I remember making cards for all my little friends in elementary school.  My
hearts were lopsided, but still full of love.  I made them out of red and
pink construction paper.  I also cut out white hearts and made them lacy
like the paper snow flakes.

Hello,
My first Valentine craft I liked but have not done it again. Took a cigar
box covered the sides with ribbon and on top glued small conversation candy
hearts with rows going one up one down to fit on top. Sprayed hearts to seal
them. Best use of those nasty candy hearts ever. As for second question,
People are amazed to see me a blind person with yarn a needle or hook in my
hand. They always ask, How do you do that. I just do.
