Hi Becky and everyone, Becky, these things are just too funny. ( There used 
to be a program on T V hosted by Art Linkletter called Kids Ssay the 
Darndest Things ) does anyone remember that show?
Kids usually ask or say the funniest things when I'm walking with my dog 
like "Watch out for the man and the blind dog" or "If the dog gets tired, do 
you pick him up by the handel and carry him home?"

This lady in kind of a squeaky surprised voice said, as I crochet, "but how 
do you know where you are?" I touched the chair next to me then my knee and 
said I know I am right here.

Then there was the young lady who said, "no one that make things like that 
is blind. You are not blind," she said in the factual voice. I said well I 
guess I don't need this guide dog, and held up his leach. " would you like 
him?" I am told her eyes got really big. Well the nurse called me and I got 
up and one of my dogs guided me down the hall following the nurse.

"But you don't look blind" a lady said. What does a blind person look like,"
I inquired.

"Wish I could knit like you," a lady said. I asked if I could teach her. She 
said no she couldn't learn. Another lady said, "she's blind." The first lady 
said " oh I bet I could then. Are you really blind?"  She said it kind of 
innocently meakly.

"Does the dog tell you what color you are knitting? A lady across the row 
asked.

Shall I go on, giggle.

Happy Valentine's Day to all you lovely crafters out there.

I hope you are all having a day filled with love, joy and crafting.

When did you make your first item  related to Valentine's day, and what was 
it?

Our next question comes from Becky.

Can you think of a funny comment about your craft stash, crafting in public, 
or comment about your crafting that  got you laughing?
