I wanted to send out this message for those who do not know what Plarn is,
and you are thinking about taking this class. It is Not for the crochet
people only. Plaryn can be used to weave or loom knit. It is the material
you use to make the object. It is made from the plastic grocery bags we all
get. It is a recyable material. I have been told of a few ways to make this
material easily and quickly. After the plarn is made you may crochet with
it, weave over and under with it and I am told use it on the large looms. If
you want to know more and learn the different ways to use plarn, go and sign
up for the Garden Mat on March 13 by email. I will send you the different
ways to make plarn and the crochet mat pattern. I have also been told these
materials make sleeping mats for homeless people also. Hope you will take
the time to learn this plastic mat.
