[Nfb-krafters-korner] Class interest, please

sometimes when I went to bazaars, I’ve seen Plastic bag dispensers that are made as dolls with the dress coming down where the legs would otherwise be.  I believe you pull the bags out from there.  I prefer to make decorative useful things.
