I love You-Tube.  If I see a direction that I do not know I just go to You-Tube and type it in and a video will come up showing me how to do something.    I have used Curious.com in the past and learned how to do locker hooking.  That sight is getting expensive to learn from so I don't go on it much anymore.  I have logon onto Hobby Lobby and Michaels and found some of their videos helpful.
