Hey Joyce, ya got me wishing that Terry, my dog and I could move back to Ct.
That dinner sounded delish indeed.
How long did you cook everything for?
Enjoy your leftovers! And, did you all know that leftovers always taste 
better the second day after? My Mom and Grandmas said that it was because 
all of the seasonings and love had time to settle in and mix better. Smile I 
think that that is true.

Supper was good.  Oven browned potatoes
pork loin and apples with green
beans and we even had brownies that I
bought the mix & JC made them with
some icecream.

Now that is what I call a complete
dinner.  I even have left overs for me
tomorrow.
