Hi Rhonda, Terry P and I heard of this Instant Pot on a Podcast yesterday. 
What is it exactly, and how blind friendly is it to use?

Yet another choice. I'm still using a crockpot, but there is also the
Instant Pot a lot of people are loving. Anyone here using one? Which model
