What a great idea! I just shared that tip with my mother as she is 93 and
can no longer walk out to her bird feeders in the winter. She's afraid of
falling, so I'm glad she's not doing it.

That is so good, thanks for that. Sorry I am really pushing to get the class
this quick. I will give everyone one of the ideas below that I will be
including in the class. But the class will give everyone, even if they only
have a small area, some way to help. The class will give everyone many ways
they can chose from. Making it email so everyone can sign up and get these
ways to help. Read below for a sneak preview.

Bagels for the Birds: At your local store, purchase day old bagels or the
bakery or any place you might find discount bagels. You might also use
frozen Lenders bagels from the freezer department, they are not expensive
and defrost. Cut the bagels in half. In a small bowl mix peanut butter,
plain or crunchy with a little honey or corn syrup or even pancake syrup and
mix well. About 3 tablespoons of peanut butter and 1 teaspoon honey for 1
full bagel. Spread this mixture on cut half of bagel to the edges. Take your
bird seed, or any bird mixture and place on a plate, regular or paper. Press
mix side down and onto the seed mixture. This will adhere. Take twine or
ribbon and loop into the hole of the center, make a loop and knot. Bird
Bagel. Here is what is good. Get a push pin, put the push pin onto your deck
railing, hang the bagel and watch for birds. They will eat everything but
the twine. Hand a few, you do not need a tree. Hang around a railing on a
park bench railing, Place in a plastic bag, take to work, to your family
homes and be the bird bagel person for your area.

I wish that this class was a lot sooner than February. I am doing what ever
I can now to help our outdoor friends.

This is an important message to read, an important class to sign up for, we
need to do this.



I am submitting an email class to start the first week in February. Please
look for this to be posted and immediately sign up, it is important. What
class are you asking that is that important? A class by email where I will
show you how to make a few things with crafts that you can make to feed our
Birds. We have had a very hard winter, so far. The cold and the ice has been
bad all over. We need to think about our birds. My email class will give you
a few ways to help these little birds eat during this terrible cold. I will
share with you how to make hanging bird cookies, no cost feeding places and
a few other things. Even if you only have a porch or a deck I will show you
how you can help. You do not need trees or stands just a small area to make
these bird crafts. Please sign up and read the supply list and really commit
to use your skills to help the birds. Watch for the sign up, any questions
let me know.
