Folks seem to have problems once in a while with the form.no one knows why.
Glad you kept trying.

This seems to always work for me.
Your name with no space after it
Your email with no space after it
Your phone number with no parenthesis or spaces, with dashes between,
example: 333-444-5678
Enter on submit or done or whatever the button name is.

Down-arrow twice to read whether it was sent successfully.
