[Nfb-krafters-korner] Want to know Wednesday's

Hi, I didn't loose a craft tool in some dramatic way, but I lost my favorite
pattern book. I love fisherman knit patterns, because the are usually
complicated. That way I don't get bored with the project. My favorite
pattern is called a Killkenny pattern. I have made several afghans with it.
I found a pattern with that name online, but it wasn't what I knitted
before. This one has three sections. On each side of the pattern is a twist,
cable and another twist. Then in the middle a diamond shape is made with
cables, and the diamond is filled in with another type of twist that makes
it look like a brade. I have looked over and over again wherever I was
living for that stupid book. I have looked through what I thought was
everything I own, but couldn't find it. Well, I was sorting some printed
stuff a few months ago, and low and behold, I found it. Now I have to find
someone to read the pattern to me again so I can make a new braille copy,
since the one I had is very rubbed down and missing a page.

I would like to make myself an afghan with that pattern.

Now we have an idea of many varied tools you have, what is the strangest
place you lost your yarn or tool and how did you get it back?
