Hi,
Yes, it is accessable with voice over. You can use it to count stitches or 
rows. There is a + & - buttons so you can add or substract amount of 
stitches or rows. There is reset button. These buttons speak with voice 
over. I just 1 finger double tap on the + button to add 1 total number. It 
will speak the total number. I found this ap easy to use.
