The larger size.  I think it is 28 ounces.  Some other ideas might be a
balloon blown up to about the size of a grapefruit.  The end of a sandwich
size loaf of bread.  A one pound can of coffee.  A quart sized Ziploc bag
blown up and zipped closed to hold the air.

A grapefruit is about 5 inches in diameter.  So anything you can create with
that basic size will give you a point to work from.

Even a tube sock stuffed with something to make the size.
