They are a valuable resource. you can use them regularly.   You can decorate table runners, make towels that hang, fasten bags for purses, decorate pillows, decorate blouses or other clothing.  I once knitted dresses for my three granddaughters and decorated the skirts differently, one was fancy buttons. Use buttons to hold ribbons in place on stuffed animals. You can even use them on children's jewelry. It is a nuissance to have to go to the fabric store every time I want buttons.

You lucky girl. I'm always on the hunt for different buttons, especially fancy ones. I put buttons on pocket book slippers I make. I also make little tea totes that hold bags of tea and use a button to close them. I put them on mittens sometimes for a fancy look.  I have also made little purses that I use button to close them with or even just for looks. You could also make dolls or toys and use them for eyes.

Yep, I have a wonderful assortment of buttons which were jokingly given to me by a friend.  Now I’m stuck with all these buttons.  HELP!  What can I do with all of them?  I need ideas.  Anybody need any buttons?  Lol!
