I looked over the survey.  I'm not sure this survey and the questions asked will accomplish this.  

From what I am understanding, Joyce is planning on electing officers from the bottom up so it will be difficult to  know what positions are open.    For example, right now, Jill, you are a Board Member.  Your position will need to be given up if you were to win the 1st VP Position.  

I said I was still interested in serving as an Officer, but was looking to see what the leadership looked like because we need change.  Therefor my name is not listed on the survey in any way.  

Nominations will need to come from the floor and with the small number of members going to convention and being able to vote, this makes it very difficult.

Their survey is for the purpose of knowing what the membership body wants. It is not a formal vote but gives those of us who were going to convention an idea of whom they would like for each office.
